This requires the authorities to proactively grasp the situation and strengthen coordination to promptly detect and prevent. Especially implementing the Prime Minister 's direction on launching a peak period to fight against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods, infringement of intellectual property rights and Directive No. 13/CT-TTg dated May 17, 2025 of the Prime Minister on strengthening the fight against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods in the new situation; the Provincial Steering Committee 389/DP has urgently studied the content, based on the actual situation in the area and deployed it to the members of the Steering Committee to ensure timeliness, strictness, suitability, effectiveness and compliance with regulations.
