According to initial information, in the early morning of February 16, Phuong went to a restaurant in Ward 13, Tan Binh District, and asked to buy take-out food.
While waiting, Phuong saw Ms. DNA (born in 2008, living in Thu Duc City) sitting in front of the shop so she teased her. Not stopping there, Phuong also intentionally touched Ms. A's sensitive body parts, making the girl scared.
Seeing his girlfriend being teased, Mr. NHH (born 2007, restaurant employee) went out to talk to stop and protect Ms. A. At this time, Phuong showed an aggressive attitude, demanding to fight a couple.
Police determined that Phuong threw a glass of water at Ms. A's head, went inside the restaurant, grabbed a wine bottle and threw it hard at the restaurant's glass door, damaging property.
