Quang Ngai welcomes nearly 200,000 visitors on National Day

(QNgTV)- During the 4-day National Day holiday on September 2, there were 193,000 tourists coming to Quang Ngai, with revenue reaching nearly 200 billion VND.

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ngai province, during the 4-day National Day holiday, tourist attractions in Quang Ngai province welcomed more than 193,400 visitors, an increase of 32.2% over the same period last year. Total tourism revenue reached 183 billion VND, an increase of 35.5% over the same period.

The average room occupancy rate in the whole province remains at 60 - 65%, with Mang Den area and Ly Son special economic zone reaching 95 - 100%.

In addition, Quang Ngai also introduced images and tourism products at the exhibition space "Quang Ngai - Revolutionary roots, steady steps towards the future" at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (Hanoi) from August 28 to September 5, with an estimated number of visitors reaching about 30,000.

Many other prominent destinations also attract a large number of tourists such as Ly Son special zone, An Khe lagoon, Sa Huynh beach, My Khe... along with a series of community tourism spots, such as: Go Co, Bau Ca Cai, Binh Thanh... bringing unique indigenous cultural experiences to tourists.
