After inspecting the offices of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command, the Border Guard Command; the regional defense commands: Area 1 - Van An, Area 2 - Quynh Luu, Area 3 - Quy Chau, Area 5 - Anh Son; Major General Le Hong Nhan - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Military Region acknowledged and highly appreciated the organization and arrangement of local military agencies at the Nghe An Provincial Military Command.
