On the afternoon of December 4, the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work. Attending the conference were Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Council.

Quang Nam provincial leaders presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Mr. Phan Van Binh.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee decided to appoint Mr. Phan Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee to hold the position of Head of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee from December 4, 2024, for a term of 5 years.
