On the morning of November 12, the Standing Committee of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work.

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hong - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department came to work and hold the position of Director of the Department of Information and Communications of Thai Binh province.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and Mr. Nguyen Khac Than - Chairman of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee presented decisions and flowers to congratulate the newly transferred and appointed officials.

Mr. Do Nhu Lam - Director of the Department of Information and Communications came to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

Mr. Pham Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction came to work at the Department of Transport and was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Transport.

Mr. Nguyen Canh Toan, Head of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Board, came to work at the Department of Science and Technology and was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council delivered a speech assigning tasks to newly transferred and appointed officials.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Binh province congratulated the individuals who were transferred and appointed this time, and at the same time requested that in their new positions, they continue to strive, uphold the sense of responsibility in performing their tasks, worthy of the trust of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee.
