'Hot scene queen' Kieu Trinh reveals her 9-year-old daughter is nearly 1.5m tall

Kieu Trinh shared at the event announcing the Miss Ocean Vietnam 2025 contest that her youngest daughter Thanh Thu was oriented to compete in the beauty pageant because of her passion for art, and is nearly 1.5m tall even though she is only 9 years old.

On the afternoon of June 16, beauty queens Nhu Van, Ngan Anh, actor Doan Minh Tai, singer Trinh Thang Binh... attended the announcement ceremony of the Miss Ocean Vietnam 2025 contest in Ho Chi Minh City.

As a guest at the event, "Hot Scene Queen" Kieu Trinh shared the memory of "forcing" her eldest daughter Thanh Tu to participate in the first season of Miss Ocean Vietnam in 2014. At that time, Thanh Tu only wanted to focus on acting, leading to a big argument between mother and daughter right on the final night.

Thanh Tu has participated in many movies such as Immortal, Dear Mom, I'm Going, That Son Tam Linh . When her career was developing at the age of 22, she quietly retired. Kieu Trinh said that her eldest daughter is currently working as a graphic designer and has a stable future plan with her boyfriend, so she chose to leave showbiz.

On the contrary, the youngest daughter Thanh Thu often asks her mother to let her act in movies, and is currently participating in a film project with Kieu Trinh. The actress plans for Thanh Thu to compete in beauty pageants in the future because her daughter is passionate about art and is nearly 1.5m tall even though she is only 9 years old. The second son - Ky Phong, at the age of 14, is also 1.74m tall, and has appeared in many movies such as Smart Boy, Father and Son, Bat Quai Battle, and Ghost Hospital .

Kieu Trinh is currently starring in the horror film Cai Ma with many intense action scenes. Despite having studied Judo, the actress still suffered a fractured leg on the first day of filming. After 4 days of continuous filming, she went to the doctor and discovered the injury. After nearly 2 months, Kieu Trinh can now walk comfortably but still has a dull ache.

Miss Ocean Vietnam 2025 will select contestants directly on July 15 in Ho Chi Minh City. This year, the Organizing Committee will deploy a provincial copyright system, allowing each locality to organize its own selection round or nominate representatives to participate.

The contest allows Vietnamese people, whose father or mother is Vietnamese, to participate and accept basic cosmetic surgery to improve facial defects. The age limit for contestants is 18 to 30 with a minimum height of 1.65m.

The official series of activities will take place from August 1 to August 10. The final round will be held outdoors at Vinh Hy Bay (Khanh Hoa). In the swimsuit competition, contestants will perform underwater. The contestant who wins the Most Popular Beauty award will be given a special place in the top 6.

'Hot scene queen' Kieu Trinh was bruised by Ma Ran Do. In the series "Devil's Restaurant", Kieu Trinh's character was dragged across the floor by her son (Ma Ran Do) and ex-husband until she was "bruised". However, she still wants to continue participating in "heavy" horror films.
