Enhancing the role of foreign affairs and people's diplomacy in the new situation

Speaking at the Conference, Vice President of the Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations, Mr. Nguyen Nam Hai emphasized the role of the pillar of people's diplomacy in general foreign affairs and throughout the country's history.

In that spirit, Mr. Nguyen Nam Hai said that the conference aims to effectively carry out the specialized tasks in people's foreign affairs assigned by the Hanoi Party Committee, Hanoi People's Committee and the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations . At the same time, it contributes to raising awareness; training, updating and equipping knowledge on foreign affairs and people's foreign affairs for the old team of cadres working in people's foreign affairs of Hanoi and the team of Youth Union cadres of universities, colleges and academies in the capital.

At the program, delegates shared and exchanged a lot of knowledge around two contents: "The role of foreign affairs in the new situation" and especially "The role of people's diplomacy in the new situation".

After 3 hours of work, with a serious and responsible spirit, the training conference on “The role of foreign affairs and people’s diplomacy in the new situation” was a great success. Along with the enthusiastic teaching of the reporter, the trainees also actively exchanged, asked questions and interacted practically on many people’s diplomacy situations, bringing useful knowledge and lessons to serve the people’s diplomacy work of the Capital.
