Front "joining in" digital transformation

Delegates perform the launching ceremony of the model "Digital Front of Lang Son"

On September 5, 2025, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee held a launching ceremony for the Zalo OA model "Xu Lang Digital Front" combined with Zalo mini App. This is a practical model to welcome the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. This application is designed with an intuitive, easy-to-use interface, integrating many outstanding functions such as: updating news on activities of the Fatherland Front at all levels, emulation movements, public services, community news... In particular, on this application, people can send recommendations and feedback on various fields, with map positioning and tracking the results of resolution.

Comrade Nguyen Hoang Tung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee said: Putting into operation the model "Xu Lang Digital Front" on the Zalo platform will help improve the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilization work; strengthen the connection between the front, the government and the people; bring union members, association members and the people an official, fast, friendly and easy-to-access information channel. Through this model, we hope to further promote the role of the front in grasping and reflecting the thoughts and aspirations of the people, contributing to consolidating trust and strengthening the great national unity bloc in the province.

Previously, in March 2025, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee built a mailbox model "Listening to people's opinions, participating in Party and government building". From the area chosen as the model's implementation point (old Hoang Van Thu ward), up to now, the whole province has a total of 55 suggestion boxes located at the headquarters of the People's Committees of 26 communes, wards and cultural houses of villages and residential blocks in the province. Notably, each suggestion box has a QR code attached for people to reflect their opinions and make suggestions online.

Mr. Hua Viet Lam, Head of the Front Work Committee of Block 26, Ky Lua Ward, shared: We find that placing mailboxes at the cultural house with QR codes is very convenient for people in the current digital age. Through this, people have an additional information channel to reflect their thoughts and aspirations for the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to receive and forward to all levels for consideration and resolution.

By May 2025, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee had initiated the development of software to manage the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses. This software compiles the list, information, family circumstances, house area, and funding of households receiving support to build new houses and repair houses under the temporary and dilapidated house elimination program. In addition, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee also created a table to automatically update the progress of the program implementation. This ensures that the support is accurate, targeted, and in accordance with regulations; promptly and regularly grasping the implementation results, as well as difficulties and obstacles to find solutions. Thanks to that, it has contributed to the province implementing the program to meet the set progress and requirements, with 6,508/6,508 houses completed and put into use.

Not only the above models and methods, in recent times, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has proactively deployed many technological applications to meet the requirements of the tasks of the Front in the digital age. Accordingly, with a proactive spirit, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has focused on implementing many contents such as: transferring and receiving documents via the electronic document management system; digitizing professional documents, building a common electronic data warehouse to gradually limit the use of paper documents. The Provincial Fatherland Front also organizes paperless online conferences and meetings, connecting from the province to communes and wards; propagating and collecting people's feedback via digital platforms...

This has contributed to saving time, increasing the efficiency of the front's work, improving the quality of service to the people and promoting the front's movements and campaigns.

With the spirit of initiative and creativity in digital transformation, the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in the province have deployed all aspects of work in a more scientific manner, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation. Thereby, aiming for a more professional goal to maximize the role in building the great national unity bloc; participating in building a clean and strong Party and government.
