On July 20, the Training and Development Class for Party and Mass Organization Officials of Vientiane Capital, Lao People's Democratic Republic, led by Comrade Vi-La-Sac-Nam-Mun-Ty, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Party Inspection Committee, Government Inspectorate of Vientiane Capital, came to study and survey the reality in Quang Ninh. Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, expressed his joy in welcoming the students of the Training and Fostering Class for Party and Mass Organization Officials in Vientiane, Lao People's Democratic Republic, to Quang Ninh for research and field survey.
