Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation discussed work with the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board.

On September 15, Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to discuss with the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board on coordinating the implementation of key tasks of trade union organizations in enterprises in industrial parks.

Attending the conference were leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor, the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board; officers and specialists of the two units.

The working session aims to strengthen coordination in trade union work; care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed, exchanged, analyzed, and focused on building and perfecting the Regulations on coordination of activities between the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board. From there, it created a basis to improve the effectiveness of directing, managing, and supporting grassroots trade union activities in enterprises, ensuring unified, synchronous, effective, and correct implementation.

Regarding the organization of trade union congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the two sides agreed to pay attention to and direct enterprises to create conditions for grassroots trade unions to successfully organize the congresses, ensuring the time, progress, and requirements set forth.

In addition, the two units also discussed the establishment of grassroots trade unions, the development of union members, contributing to building a strong trade union organization, stabilizing labor relations and promoting sustainable production and business development.
