The group of 6 teenagers were identified as driving motorbikes "wheelies" on many streets in Hanoi and then posting the images on social networks.
According to the investigation agency, at about 9:00 p.m. on June 1, HPP drove a car with license plate 29M1-886.XX with NTL driving a motorbike with license plate 29Y3-763.XX to My Dinh Stadium. There, both met NTAH riding a motorbike with license plate 29X7-392.XX and NHĐ riding a motorbike with license plate 29X7-660.XX to talk. About 5 minutes later, D.QT drove a motorbike without a license plate and met LQH sitting and drinking water with HAT.
After that, the group drove their motorbikes swerving, weaving, and doing wheelies. While traveling from Le Quang Dao, Ho Tung Mau, Xuan Thuy streets to Nhat Tan bridge, P did wheelies 3 times. On Nhat Tan bridge alone, P continued to do wheelies 4 times and asked D to use his phone to record it. Not only did they do wheelies, this group of young people also lay down on the seat to control their motorbikes, doing wheelies on multiple motorbikes in groups...
At 11:30 p.m. the same day, P used his phone to post a clip of himself doing a "wheelie" on social media.
On the evening of June 2, Traffic Police Team No. 7, Traffic Police Department (Hanoi City Police) invited HPP to work and handed over the subject and documents to the Investigation Police Agency of Cau Giay District Police for further investigation. From June 3 to 10, the subjects who participated with P came to the investigation agency to surrender.
