Ballon d'Or 2025 nominations: The rise of the youth wave

(NLDO) – No Cristiano Ronaldo, no Lionel Messi, even Rodri is not on the list of nominees for this year's Ballon d'Or.

On the evening of August 7, France Football magazine (France) announced the list of 30 players nominated for the 2025 Ballon d'Or award. There were not many surprises in the list when the names that have shone throughout the past time such as Lamine Yamal, Ousmane Dembele, Mohamed Salah were all present.
