Vietnam Dancesport Festival 2025 is the first international dance sport tournament held in Vietnam, under the permission of the Vietnam Sports Administration, organized by the Vietnam Gymnastics Federation in collaboration with Khanh Thi - KTA King The Art.
Milestones of Vietnamese dance sports
For the first time in history, the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF) awarded the right to host Vietnam, organizing both the Southeast Asian Championship and the Asian Championship at the same time. In particular, the Asian Women's Solo Championship was recognized for the first time and included in the official competition system of the region.

To date, the tournament has recorded the participation of more than 36 countries and territories, with more than 4,000 registrations and about 3,000 athletes. This is considered the largest dance sport event in Southeast Asia to date.
Khanh Thi and Phan Hien strive to conquer world-class tournaments
To prepare thoroughly for the tournament with the goal of achieving the highest possible results, Khanh Thi and the Vietnamese team's athletes Phan Hien - Thu Huong, Ngoc An - To Uyen have trained in Europe and participated in a number of international tournaments in the WDSF system to accumulate global ranking points. From the beginning of the year until now, the team has participated in tournaments in Beijing - China (January), Malaysia (April), Denmark and Germany (May and June).
In addition, coach Chi Anh is in charge of standard content, leading the Vietnamese team including athletes: Trung Thuc, Ngoc Anh, Minh Xuan, Gia Linh to China for intensive training.
What is particularly noteworthy is that the majority of the costs for a prestigious international tournament like Vietnam Dancesport Festival 2025 are paid for by Khanh Thi herself, along with some small-scale supporting partners, with the goal of developing the domestic dancesport community.
“I don’t organize the tournament for fame or profit. I organize it because Vietnamese dancesport needs a real step forward – professional, methodical, and capable of connecting with the world,” Khanh Thi shared.
