The merger to form the new Dong Nai province will help local businesses promote their existing advantages, continue to attract investment capital, and expand development space to highly competitive industries and fields. The old Binh Phuoc area has the potential to expand the development of industrial parks, build production and processing factories based on diversified agriculture .

Up to now, Dong Nai has had more than 70 thousand enterprises registered on the national enterprise registration information portal. Of which, the private enterprise sector is creating significant added value and creating jobs for many workers, becoming the main driving force for economic growth and social development of the locality.

In the first 8 months of 2025 alone, Dong Nai province had nearly 5,000 newly established enterprises with a registered capital of more than 39.3 trillion VND. In addition, nearly 1,000 enterprises added more than 57.2 trillion VND to the enterprise capital market. In addition, there are 1,800 branches, business locations and representative offices registered to operate in the province. This shows that the potential and opportunities for enterprises to enter the market and invest in expanding production and business are still very large.

Although the development potential and opportunities for investment, business establishment, production and business expansion, including domestic enterprises, are wide open, in reality, business operations still face difficulties. That requires enterprises in Dong Nai province, in addition to their own efforts to overcome difficulties in business, to also consider linking and cooperating with each other for mutual development.

On the government side, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc affirmed: Dong Nai always considers the success of enterprises as the success of the locality. The province will continue to develop policies to support small, micro and medium enterprises, and business households to convert their business types to enterprises. Expanding business connections in new spaces

Similarly, the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association has just held a consultation to launch after merging with Binh Phuoc. These are central enterprises, expected to become an important focal point in connecting and supporting the young business community. Accordingly, the association will focus on key tasks such as connecting and protecting the rights of members, accompanying businesses in production, investment and business activities. Promoting innovation and digital transformation, helping young entrepreneurs access modern technology resources and management knowledge.

According to Mr. Dang Quoc Nghi, Chairman of Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association, members operate in all fields, distributed in both the South (former Dong Nai province) and the North (former Binh Phuoc province). The consolidation of administrative boundaries creates conditions for the association to develop more strongly. To promote businesses to cross-use each other's products, goods and services, the association is promoting association and cooperation activities within the young entrepreneur community and association and cooperation with outside organizations and enterprises.
