Attending the Congress were comrade Vu Hoang Ha - former member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and 160 delegates representing 673 party members from 27 affiliated grassroots party organizations.
The political report presented at the Congress stated: During the past term, the Party Committee and the people of An Nhon Tay commune have joined hands to promote the spirit of solidarity, dynamism, and creativity, achieving many comprehensive results in all aspects of work.
In particular, the economy continues to develop in a sustainable direction, the economic structure shifts in the right direction; the transport infrastructure is invested in a synchronous manner, contributing to creating a new rural appearance. Culture and society have changed positively; social security is ensured, people's lives are increasingly improved. The work of building the Party, government, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations has made much progress; national defense and security are maintained, social order and safety are ensured.
At the Congress, delegates focused on discussing and proposing 3 breakthroughs to focus on leadership, direction and implementation, creating motivation to help An Nhon Tay commune accelerate and develop.

The Party Committee of the commune strives to have 90% of grassroots Party organizations and 90% of Party members fulfill their tasks well every year; admit new Party members at 3%/year or more compared to the total number of Party members in the Party Committee; the growth rate of product value reaches 14.9%; the economic structure by 2030 reaches over 22%; export turnover reaches more than 62 million USD; total budget revenue in the commune by 2030 reaches nearly 145 billion VND.
In his speech directing the Congress, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Mai Viet Trung emphasized: In order to successfully deploy and carry out the proposed political tasks, the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee need to continue to unite and unify; direct the promotion of administrative reform, application of science and technology; innovation, digital transformation, green transformation. Review and comprehensively evaluate the potential, advantages, development space in each field and local resources to determine appropriate economic development solutions.
At the same time, focus on promoting the attraction of investment projects in the fields of industry, logistics... Support people in building product brands, improving quality, aiming at stable and long-term consumption markets; gradually bring local agricultural products and OCOP products to e-commerce platforms, connecting consumption.
The Congress announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the appointment of the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee; the positions of Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Inspection Committee, Chairman, Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Party Executive Committee of An Nhon Tay commune has 26 members; Comrade Vo Mong Hung was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the commune.
