National conference to disseminate and implement 4 Resolutions of the Politburo

(laichau.gov.vn) This morning (September 16), the Politburo and the Secretariat held a national conference to disseminate and implement the Politburo's four resolutions on international integration, national energy security, breakthroughs in education and training development, and protection, care, and improvement of people's health. Comrade To Lam - General Secretary of the Party Central Committee attended and delivered a speech at the conference.

The conference was organized in a combination of in-person and online formats from the central level to the grassroots, communes and wards; broadcast live on channels of Vietnam Television, Voice of Vietnam and on digital platforms.

At the Conference, delegates listened to Comrade Pham Minh Chinh - Politburo member, Prime Minister present the key and core contents of Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW, dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthrough in education and training development and the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW; Comrade Le Thanh Long - Party Central Committee member, Deputy Prime Minister presented the key and core contents of Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW, dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health and the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW.

Also at the Conference, delegates listened to Comrade Le Hoai Trung - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs present the key and core contents of Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Politburo on international integration in the new situation and the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW; Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nghi - Member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee presented the key and core contents of Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW, dated August 20, 2025 of the Politburo on ensuring national energy security to 2030, with a vision to 2045 and the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade To Lam - General Secretary of the Party Central Committee emphasized that the 4 Resolutions implemented today, together with other Resolutions issued, create a unified whole, a breakthrough to realize the two 100-year goals of building a strong, prosperous, everlasting and sustainable Vietnam.

The General Secretary of the Party Central Committee requested the entire political system to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement a number of principles in the process of implementing these Resolutions, which are: 5 consistency (politics - law - data - resource allocation - communication); 3 publicity (goals - progress - results); 3 early (early completion of institutions - early launch of key projects - early capital allocation) and 5 clarity (clear work, clear people, clear responsibilities, clear time, clear results) and immediately implement the contents of the Resolutions as soon as possible at all levels.

At the same time, it is recommended that each ministry, branch, locality, unit, cadre and party member immediately get to work with the spirit of "saying must go hand in hand with doing", "do not leave today's work for tomorrow". The leader must take responsibility for the results, not push the issue or avoid it. Every quarter and every year, seriously review, publicly and transparently, and reward those who dare to think, dare to do, and dare to take responsibility for the common good; at the same time, strictly handle violations and negativity.

In particular, the General Secretary of the Party Central Committee called on the entire political system, Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and organizations; called on the business community, diplomats, intellectuals, teachers, doctors, workers, farmers and youth nationwide to unite and join hands to implement. Each person has a specific task, each day has a specific result, persevering, enduring, methodical, disciplined and creative. Let's make the spirit of the Resolutions implemented today permeate all levels, all sectors, all social components, to every ward, commune, village, hamlet, to every classroom, every workshop, every field, every house, every citizen; turn aspirations into actions, turn actions into results, turn results into new beliefs...
