Conference of the Executive Committee of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee

(laichau.gov.vn) This morning (September 9), the 14th Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee held a thematic conference to discuss and give opinions on a number of important contents. At the Conference, delegates discussed and commented on the following contents: Adjusting the Project and the list of personnel recommended to participate in the Provincial Party Delegation to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party; commenting on personnel of executive agencies, assisting the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; commenting on the content of absorbing opinions of the Politburo , Central committees, ministries, branches and provincial Party Committees into the draft Documents; the 7th draft of the Political Report and the Review Report of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XIV, term 2020 - 2025; the draft Summary Report Conclusion No. 111-KL/TU, dated June 3, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee on continuing to implement the Project "Improving the quality of operations of the grassroots health system"; Draft Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee to implement the Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Based on the comments, the Provincial Party Executive Committee agreed to adjust the Project and the list of personnel recommended to participate in the Provincial Party Delegation to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party; personnel plan for the executive agencies, assisting the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; Report on receiving comments from the Politburo, Central committees, ministries, branches and provincial Party Committees on the draft Document.

Regarding the Summary Report of Conclusion No. 111-KL/TU, dated June 3, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee on continuing to implement the Project "Improving the quality of operations of the grassroots health system", the Provincial Party Executive Committee unanimously stated that: Over the past 5 years, the Provincial Party Committee, Party committees, Party organizations, and authorities at all levels have led, directed, thoroughly implemented, and seriously implemented Conclusion No. 111-KL/TU; specified the goals, targets, tasks, and solutions in accordance with the practical situation of the locality, agency, and unit and focused on leading and directing the implementation resolutely, achieving many important results, notably: 11/13 main targets achieved and exceeded the set targets.

Based on a comprehensive assessment of the achieved results, the Provincial Party Executive Committee agreed to conclude the implementation of the Project with 4 groups of key tasks and solutions in the draft Report and proposed that in the coming time, Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, units and localities continue to specify tasks and solutions in socio-economic development programs and plans associated with the implementation of tasks of the sector and locality and focus on leading and directing the implementation resolutely and synchronously, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of the grassroots health system, increasingly better meeting the health care needs of the people in the new situation...

Concluding the Conference, Comrade Giang Pao My - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation emphasized that from now until the organization of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, there are only 10 days left with many tasks that need to be focused on and implemented. To ensure the preparation and successful organization of the Congress, the subcommittees assisting the Congress are requested to carefully review and complete all the contents of the Congress preparation in terms of documents, personnel work, logistics, and serving the Congress; deploy plans to absolutely ensure political security, social order and safety, traffic safety, epidemic prevention and health safety, ensuring the Congress takes place safely, solemnly, and successfully.

All levels and sectors focus on promoting propaganda about the Congress, enhancing propaganda and visual agitation combined with propaganda on mass media and social networking platforms, creating an exciting and trusting atmosphere among cadres, party members and people. Mobilizing union members, association members and people to actively participate in environmental sanitation, beautifying urban landscapes, villages, hamlets and residential areas. Strengthening the work of grasping the situation of localities and grassroots before, during and after the Congress. Focusing on leading, directing and drastically implementing the tasks of 2025 according to the direction of the Central Government and the province, especially the implementation of the growth target of 8% or more; implementing the four pillars of the Politburo's resolutions on science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation; on perfecting the legal system, international integration and private economic development. Continuing to review and mobilize resources to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses arising in the province. Fully, promptly and effectively implement social security policies and national target programs to improve people's material and spiritual life.

The Provincial Party Committee led the Provincial People's Committee to urgently review and select works and projects to organize inauguration or groundbreaking to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party according to Official Dispatch No. 158/CD-TTg, dated September 4, 2025 of the Prime Minister; coordinate with central ministries and branches to complete investment procedures, accelerate investment progress of inter-level boarding schools in border communes to ensure strict compliance with regulations, put into use soon, contribute to improving the quality of education in remote, isolated and border areas, creating a long-term source of ethnic minority cadres for the province...
