HDBank operates smart medical kiosk system at Pasteur Institute in Ho Chi Minh City

On September 9, HDBank officially deployed the Smart Medical Kiosk system at the Pasteur Institute of Ho Chi Minh City (167 Pasteur, Ho Chi Minh City), contributing to adding new technological utilities, helping the medical examination, treatment, vaccination and testing process to be faster and more convenient for people.

Pasteur Institute of Ho Chi Minh City, established in 1891 and under the Ministry of Health , is one of the leading facilities in preventive medicine, microbiological research, vaccination, diagnosis and testing.

With the scale and reputation of the Institute, the deployment of Smart Medical Kiosk here brings many practical benefits to the people: Reducing the burden on the Institute, helping patients save time and effort in the medical examination and treatment process. With just 1-2 minutes of operation, people can complete the process from registration to payment, limiting waiting and helping the Institute operate more effectively.

In phase 1, the Pasteur Institute of Ho Chi Minh City and HDBank put into operation a smart medical reception system to serve registration for testing, vaccination and general examination via a self-service kiosk system and mobile application.

The next phases will synchronously deploy many subsystems: Test result management system; vaccination and general examination with online search; water and food testing management system; training management system; and IOC for the Board of Directors to comprehensively monitor the Institute's activities. These subsystems are expected to be expanded from the fourth quarter of 2025.

With just 1-2 minutes of operation, people can complete the process from registration to payment, reducing waiting time and helping the Institute operate more effectively.

The deployment of Smart Medical Kiosk at Pasteur Institute brings many practical benefits to people.

MEDIPAY smart medical kiosk is an initiative pioneered by HDBank since 2024, in coordination with the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Health under the Government's Project 06. To date, HDBank has completed the deployment of kiosks at more than 200 hospitals nationwide and aims to complete 1,001 kiosks by the end of 2025.
