
With a scale of 70 booths, of 50 units, enterprises, cooperatives of Hanoi and 15 provinces, the week not only promotes and connects the consumption of fruit products, seasonal agricultural products, regional specialties and OÔCP products, but also contributes to supporting enterprises and cooperatives to exploit the domestic market, effectively stimulate consumption, and respond to the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods".
According to Mr. Nguyen The Hiep, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, many activities to support businesses in the provinces to consume goods in the capital market have been implemented. Typically, such activities include trading and connecting products from provinces such as Can Tho, Dak Lak, Bac Ninh , Dien Bien, Son La; introducing seasonal products, OCOP from more than 10 provinces to the Hanoi distribution system; deploying selling points for Luc Ngan and Thanh Ha litchis at Royal City and Time City commercial centers...
Thereby, many regional specialties and OCOP products have served the consumption needs of more than 11 million people living, studying and working in the capital.

According to Deputy Director Nguyen The Hiep, Hanoi consumers increasingly prefer specialty products with clear origins, reputable brands, geographical indications, high quality, and are willing to accept higher prices than regular products.
The event also encourages the development of traditional trade and e-commerce for agricultural products, fruits and OÔCP products.
The week takes place at Lac Long Quan Flower Garden, Tay Ho ward until September 15.
