Gasoline prices increase, reaching 24,000 VND/liter

DNO - On the afternoon of November 1, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Trade announced changes to retail prices of gasoline and oil. During this adjustment period, gasoline prices increased sharply.

Accordingly, retail prices for gasoline products increased by 249-416 VND/liter.

Specifically, RON92 gasoline increased by VND249/liter, to VND22,610/liter; RON95 gasoline increased by VND416/liter, to VND23,930/liter.

Thus, since the beginning of July until now, retail prices of gasoline products have increased 9 times, remained unchanged once and decreased twice.

Meanwhile, prices of items such as diesel oil decreased by VND549/liter, down to VND21,940/liter; kerosene decreased by VND448/liter, down to VND22,305/liter; and fuel oil decreased by VND373/kg, down to VND16,240/kg.

In this management period, the joint ministries continue not to set aside and not spend the Price Stabilization Fund for all types of gasoline and oil.
