Rebuilding a home after the flood

After the flood, My Ly commune (Nghe An) was devastated with more than 220 houses swept away and more than 200 houses damaged. Many families had to temporarily take refuge with relatives and neighbors. In the harsh weather of Nghe An, officers and soldiers of the armed forces of Military Region 4 braved the sun and heat, together with the people, dismantled damaged houses, built temporary roofs to have a place to live, and gradually stabilized their lives.
