During the 2020-2025 term, the Company's Party Committee has focused on Party building and rectification; improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations in enterprises. The Party Committee has successfully completed its political tasks, contributing to socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security in the locality.
Regarding production and business, commercial electricity output increased by an average of 8.45% per year. Thanks to the synchronous implementation of technical and management solutions, electricity loss decreased by 1%, and is expected to reach and exceed the target assigned by the Central Power Corporation by 2025. All indicators of electricity supply reliability exceeded the plan. The company expanded the scale of the power grid, ensuring that 100% of communes and wards were supplied with electricity from the national grid. The total amount paid to the state budget during the term reached more than 154 billion VND.
The Company pays great attention to Party building work. During the term, the Party Committee admitted 72 new Party members; 100% of Party members fully participated in studying the directives and resolutions; every year, all mass organizations achieved the title of "strong". The Party Committee was continuously recognized as "Successfully completing tasks", especially in 2023 and 2024, it achieved the title of "Excellently completing tasks".
Entering the 2025-2030 term, the Company's Party Committee set the goal: "Promoting innovation and creativity; strengthening solidarity and discipline; improving management capacity; developing a modern and sustainable Company; building a strong Party Committee". Accordingly, a number of targets have been set, such as: commercial electricity output increases by over 5%/year; electricity loss decreases by 0.1%/year. Regarding Party work, strive for over 85% of Party members to be classified as having completed their tasks well, of which at least 15% complete their tasks excellently; no Party cells fail to complete their tasks; 100% of subordinate Party cells achieve "4 Good Party Cells"; the Party membership admission rate reaches at least 3% compared to the total number of Party members at the beginning of the term.
Speaking at the Congress, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Mah Tiep acknowledged and praised the achievements of the Company's Party Committee in the past term. At the same time, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Party Committee to continue to innovate leadership methods, improve production and business efficiency, customer service quality; promote the application of new technology and continue to build a clean and strong Party Committee.
