Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Office has proposed two main locations: the current Provincial Party Committee Headquarters with an area of 15,153 m² and part of the Da Lat City People's Committee headquarters at 05 Tran Nhan Tong, with a total area of 14,848 m².
Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Department of Finance to advise on the issuance of a decision to transfer the facility at 05 Tran Nhan Tong to the Provincial Party Committee Office for management before June 24. At the same time, Da Lat City People's Committee is required to prepare for the relocation and coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee Office to organize the handover of assets no later than June 23.
In addition, the Branch of the Land Registration Office of Da Lat City will be relocated and arranged at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Ward 12. The Management Board of Investment, Construction and Land Fund Development of Da Lat City is also required to urgently complete the settlement of the project to complete the construction at 05 Tran Nhan Tong before handing it over to the Provincial Party Committee to build a new headquarters.
