Michelin has just officially announced the 2025 restaurant list of the Michelin Guide Hanoi , Ho Chi Minh City - Da Nang.
The 2025 edition highlights Vietnam's growing status as a global culinary destination.
The newly announced restaurant list includes 181 establishments - including 9 One (1) Michelin Star restaurants (including 1 new restaurant and 1 upgraded restaurant), 63 Bib Gourmands (including 9 new restaurants), as well as 109 establishments selected for the quality of their cuisine (including 14 new restaurants).
In this list of 181 restaurants, Hanoi has 63 representatives, Ho Chi Minh City has 75 representatives, the remaining 43 representatives are from Da Nang./.
