The report said that voters and people acknowledged and highly appreciated the leadership, direction and administration of the Party and State in socio -economic development, national defense and security in the first 6 months of the year, and expected the Government to continue to effectively implement solutions to achieve the growth target of 8.3% - 8.5% in 2025, creating a foundation for 2026 to reach 10% or more, contributing to the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.

Voters and people also positively evaluated the first results achieved in the arrangement of the apparatus and administrative units, building a 2-level local government model; policies on exemption and reduction of tuition fees for high school students; increased investment in infrastructure, health care, education , social welfare; care for the lives of remote areas, ethnic minority areas; and gratitude activities on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day...

However, voters and people continue to express concerns about livestock diseases, especially African swine fever; serious damage caused by floods, flash floods, landslides in Dien Bien, Son La, Nghe An, Quang Ninh...; high-tech criminals taking advantage of AI to commit fraud; food safety violations in schools and industrial kitchens; and issues related to history and geography subjects after administrative unit rearrangement... Competent state agencies need to pay attention and have solutions to overcome them in the coming time.

Currently, there are still 75 petitions that have not been resolved or responded to.

"It is noteworthy that the number of citizens coming to state agencies to make complaints, denunciations, petitions and reflections has tended to decrease compared to June," said Director Duong Thanh Binh.

However, according to a summary report from localities, in July, a number of complicated complaints and lawsuits related to security and order related to the land sector emerged, especially compensation, support and resettlement when the State reclaims land; the fields of natural resources, environment and construction and housing.
