(Baothanhhoa.vn) - In order to achieve the goal of innovating training content and methods, right from the beginning of the year, the Provincial Military Command organized training for cadres on training work to unify the organization and training methods in the provincial armed forces. At the units, during the training period, cadres and soldiers of the provincial armed forces maintained strict training in the planned content and programs. Political education and military practice training contents were seriously implemented; the standing army focused on training and practicing in a disciplined and orderly manner.

In 2025, Regiment 762 received 260 new soldiers for training. After returning to the unit, the soldiers were organized and organized, mentally secure, strictly followed all regulations of the unit and military discipline, and were ready to receive and complete all tasks well. The unit proactively improved the training framework, closely prepared lesson plans, lectures, and training methods; implemented repairs, consolidation, and upgrades of training grounds, training grounds, models, teaching aids, and renovated barracks, accommodation, living quarters, and cultural institutions; promoted increased production..., ensuring adequate living and studying conditions for new soldiers.

During the training process, the unit organizes training for the forces according to the motto of “basic, practical, solid”; effectively applies “3 viewpoints”, “8 principles”, “6 combinations”, attaches importance to synchronous, in-depth training, and focuses on practice. At the same time, organizes training to transition to combat readiness, drills to ensure quality and safety; ensures that soldiers are proficient in using the weapons and technical equipment in their establishment and are both good at independent combat and meet the requirements of improving the ability to coordinate operations between forces”.

Promoting the competitive spirit of "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain, practicing enthusiastically", these days, Reconnaissance Team 20, General Staff Department, Provincial Military Command, officers and soldiers of the unit are enthusiastically practicing martial arts on the training ground. The training contents are very diverse, taking place with intensity from low to high, requiring high training of each soldier. The training officers always closely follow the training curriculum, stick to the class, stick to the training ground, ensure timely correction of each movement for the soldiers and do a good job of inspection during the training process.

Many models with good, creative ways of doing things, achieving practical results, such as: "Overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain, practicing enthusiastically", "An hour of enthusiasm is better than a day of formality", "Sweating on the training ground, bleeding less on the battlefield"... have created conditions for training to achieve the highest results. The provincial military has had more than 550 initiatives, improvements in models, teaching aids and working solutions put into application with high efficiency.

Adhering to the training motto of “Basic, practical, solid”, focusing on synchronous and in-depth training, organizing sports and competitions at all levels in various forms has encouraged officers and soldiers to overcome difficulties, strive to complete and exceed training targets. Through inspections and evaluations, cadres at all levels have performed well in their functions and tasks in each position; 100% of cadres were trained according to their level, over 85% of battalion, company and platoon cadres achieved good and excellent training, of which over 50% achieved excellent.

To ensure good quality and efficiency and improve the combat capability of the troops, the Provincial Military Command always focuses on improving the political and ideological qualities of the troops. Therefore, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee has issued a resolution at the beginning of the year and identified the task of combat readiness training as an important content. From there, training is conducted for political cadres and cadres directly managing and maintaining training for troops to improve their awareness and political ideology, identify tasks well and organize training seriously and closely.
