Regarding software applications, some software serving the operations of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the document management and administration software (Eoffice) have been inspected and reviewed to ensure connectivity and smoothness after streamlining the apparatus.
On August 15, 2025, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front held a national online conference to pilot the Digital Front platform with two core software deployed.
Specifically, the online database software https://csdl.mattranso.vn/ is built to allow organizations to enter and manage data at 4 levels (Central level for overall management; Fatherland Front of provinces and cities; Fatherland Front of communes, wards, and special zones; Front Working Committee of villages, hamlets, and residential groups).
Subordinate organizations enter data to report weekly results to superior organizations. The software automatically synthesizes and extracts information to report results.
Software for receiving and processing people's petitions https://pakn.mattranso.vn/: Building software that allows people to enter data, and organizations to manage data at 3 levels (Central level for overall management; Fatherland Front of provinces and cities; Fatherland Front of communes, wards, and special zones). Fatherland Fronts at all levels coordinate with relevant units to monitor and respond to people's reflections and petitions on the system according to assigned authority.
After 1 month of implementation, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels have actively and proactively implemented. All provinces and cities have directed the implementation; 2,280/3,321 (68.65%) communes, wards, and special zones have created lists of villages, hamlets, and affiliated residential groups; the total number of villages, hamlets, and affiliated residential groups created is 61,223 units (67.64%).
Some typical units where 100% of communes have created village levels include: Bac Ninh , Hung Yen, Cao Bang, Ha Tinh, Hue, Quang Ngai, Tay Ninh, Ca Mau...
Regarding the update of the list of provincial and communal Fatherland Front officials: all 34 provinces and cities have updated; 2,237/3,321 (67.36%) commune-level units have updated. There have been a total of 7,108 provincial Fatherland Front officials and socio-political organizations; 270,176 commune-level officials have been updated.
At the conference, representatives of the units presented the results achieved as well as the difficulties and obstacles encountered in the process of digital transformation implementation; at the same time, proposed solutions to promote the reception and handling of people's feedback and recommendations via the Digital Front platform; digitize core operations to connect the operational management system, review and upgrade technology infrastructure, etc.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President and General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, said that socio-political organizations need to accelerate the integration of information and data systems into national systems and data; promote the reception and handling of people's feedback and recommendations via the Digital Front platform; promote propaganda work so that people know, reflect, make recommendations, and express their thoughts and aspirations to the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels; promptly and accurately handle feedback and recommendations, ensuring the satisfaction of each citizen.
Departments and units within the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations must consider digital transformation as a professional task, an important political task, and a breakthrough in the work of the Front in the coming time; focus on deploying the operational management system, information system, and shared database of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, ensuring continuous operation from the central to local levels.
In addition, unify the data framework, evaluate the implementation of digitalization in the system, in the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; focus on training, improving skills in training courses, and in-depth training for staff and civil servants in charge of digital transformation; have regular and periodic reports on the implementation of digital transformation.
From now until December 2025, the Vietnam Fatherland Front system at all levels needs to focus on integrating information and data systems into the national database system; building a system for managing union members and members; promoting the monitoring and synthesis of public opinions in the digital environment; at the same time, digitizing core operations, connecting operations and reviewing and upgrading technology infrastructure - Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha noted./.
