The Tran Bien Ward Central Axis Road Project is a key project that started construction in 2022, with a total investment of more than VND 1,500 billion invested by the Dong Nai Provincial Construction Investment Management Board. As of September 2025, the total value of construction and installation has only reached about 60%. The main reason is due to problems with site clearance. In particular, the site that needs to be recovered to implement the project through the land in the Tinh Hoi Pagoda campus of nearly 4,000m2 has encountered some problems with procedures related to religious land.

Through discussions with local leaders, representatives of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Dong Nai province agreed to hand over the land area passing through the Provincial Association Pagoda to implement the province's key project.

The leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward expressed their excitement and sent their deep thanks to the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Dong Nai Province for agreeing to hand over the land area that needs to be recovered at the Provincial Association Pagoda to implement the project before completing the procedures for compensation and support for land and assets.

The Tran Bien Ward Central Road Project is one of the key infrastructure projects of the locality. To implement the project, it is necessary to recover more than 33 hectares of land with 390 cases of households, individuals and organizations affected by land recovery.
