(QNgTV)- The Government requires the completion by October 2025 of the development, appraisal and publication of standards and regulations for high-speed railway projects.

Deadline for issuing high-speed railway standards is October 2025

The Ministry of Construction , the Ministry of Science and Technology and relevant agencies have made efforts to implement key national railway projects. However, progress has not yet met requirements, and the workload is still very large.

Relevant standards and regulations are an important scientific basis for implementing the next steps such as choosing the form of investment, determining criteria for selecting investors..., ensuring that railway projects are implemented synchronously, safely and effectively.

The Prime Minister requested agencies to publicly announce these regulations and standards to apply to public investment projects, PPP projects and other legal forms of capital mobilization; and to promptly complete them to promptly implement the next steps.
