Free screening of the movie “Red Rain” at Quang Tri Citadel

QTO - On the morning of August 30, information from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that the unit will coordinate with the People's Army Cinema to organize a free screening of the film "Red Rain" to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs and the People, agencies, units and localities that have coordinated to support the unit in producing this meaningful feature film.

Previously, on August 28, the People's Army Cinema under the General Department of Politics, Ministry of National Defense sent a document to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism regarding the screening of the film "Red Rain" in Quang Tri to honor and promote the film.

Specifically, the film will be shown at 7:30 p.m. on September 4 at Quang Tri Citadel. On September 5, “Red Rain” will continue to be shown for free at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. at Rio CINEMAS, Vincom Plaza Dong Ha to serve the people, officers and soldiers in the area.

In addition, the unit will have a film screening for leaders and officials of provincial departments and branches at 8:00 p.m. on September 5 or 8:00 a.m. on September 6 at the provincial hall or cultural house in Dong Hoi ward.

To ensure the screening of the film, the People's Army Cinema will send a working group representing the leaders, unit commanders, and film crew to coordinate and ensure the 124-minute film "Red Rain" is available for screening. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Tri will coordinate to prepare technical, logistical and security conditions so that the screenings take place carefully and safely.
