According to the report of the representative of Vinpearl Joint Stock Company (project investor), in the past time, the unit and Hai Van Ward People's Committee actively coordinated in implementing the project; exploiting trees from the state budget in the area of ​​forest use purpose conversion for an area of ​​11.11 hectares according to the official dispatch of the City People's Committee on the plan to exploit and utilize common forest wood from planted forests, with the state as the representative owner. The exploitation output to date has reached about 65%.

Regarding the recovery of state assets for crops from the state budget outside the forestry planning, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has sent an official dispatch to the City People's Committee to agree in principle to allow the People's Committee of Hai Van Ward to organize the recovery of state assets for 19.3 hectares of planted forests within the project boundary (outside the area of ​​29.73 hectares that the People's Committee of Da Nang City has changed the purpose of forest use to other purposes).

At the meeting, the investor's representative proposed that the City People's Committee soon agree on the policy of allowing the Hai Van Ward People's Committee to soon exploit the area of ​​trees planted from the state budget outside the area of ​​forest use purpose conversion, to create conditions for handing over clean land to the investor to continue to speed up the construction progress.

At the same time, the policy of updating the route was agreed upon to facilitate traffic connection, serve forest fire prevention and control, and rescue work.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Nam Hung agreed in principle to assign the People's Committee of Hai Van Ward to soon deploy the exploitation of the area of ​​trees grown from the state budget outside the area of ​​forest use purpose conversion with an area of ​​about 19.3 hectares.

The Ward People's Committee is requested to coordinate with relevant units to implement exploitation in accordance with regulations and promptly organize an auction of trees from the state budget to facilitate the handover of clean land to the investor to continue to speed up the construction progress. The investor needs to fulfill its commitment to pay money and plant replacement forests within the scope of the project.

The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee also agreed on the policy of updating the routes to projects affecting forestry land to handle problems and connect the planning of the entire city to facilitate traffic connection, urgently serve the work of forest fire prevention and control, rescue in the areas and in accordance with the 1/2000 scale western ecological subdivision planning.

The Lang Van tourism and resort complex project was granted Investment Policy Decision No. 5805/QD-UBND by the People's Committee of Da Nang City on August 27, 2016; the Prime Minister approved the adjustment of the policy in Decision 1432/QD-TTg on November 20, 2024, with a total investment capital of VND 43,922 billion.
The project has a scale of about 512.2 hectares, including 506.9 hectares of land, 5.3 hectares of sea surface; population of about 19,000 people, including: villas, townhouses, social housing (land for social housing construction accounts for about 20% of the total residential land area of ​​the project), commercial and service works, technical infrastructure, social infrastructure and other works. The project is expected to be completed in December 2027.
