The report at the conference stated that, implementing the Conclusion of the Conference between the Central Military Commission Standing Committee and the Hanoi Party Committee Standing Committee on coordinating leadership and direction in the implementation of military and defense tasks associated with socio-economic development in the capital city of Hanoi, the Ministry of National Defense Working Group and the Hanoi City Working Group have actively and proactively coordinated to implement projects on the construction of military and defense works and works serving socio-economic development. Up to now, the projects are still being actively coordinated and implemented by agencies and units.

Regarding the project of allocating land fund to build social housing for military forces, the Department of Operations, Department of Logistics (General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army) coordinated with the Hanoi Capital Command and departments, branches and localities of Hanoi to conduct a survey to determine 4 suitable locations and is continuing to implement the next steps.
Regarding the Vietnam Coast Guard Headquarters project, the People's Committee of Nam Tu Liem district has issued a decision approving the land acquisition plan, investigation, survey, measurement and inventory to implement the project to build the headquarters of the Coast Guard Command, with the expected completion date in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Regarding the project to expand the National Funeral Home No. 5 Tran Thanh Tong, the Ministry of National Defense has sent an official dispatch to solicit opinions and the Ministry of Construction and the Hanoi People's Committee have basically agreed on the adjustment of the master plan. Currently, the 108 Central Military Hospital is coordinating with the consulting unit to receive and complete the documents to submit to the Ministry of National Defense for approval.
Regarding the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park project, up to now, the People's Committee of Thach That district has not completed the site clearance work for the remaining area of 1.22 hectares to be handed over to the Artillery Corps...
For some other projects, agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense and Hanoi city are continuing to coordinate implementation.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing, analyzing, clarifying difficulties, obstacles and recommendations, proposing solutions to quickly deploy and complete projects and works serving military and defense tasks associated with socio-economic development in Hanoi.
Speaking at the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San and comrade Duong Duc Tuan agreed that the implementation of military and defense tasks associated with socio-economic development in the capital is a key and fundamental task; at the same time, they requested agencies and units of the Ministry of National Defense and departments, branches and localities of Hanoi city to actively coordinate well; clearly identify the remaining difficulties and problems that are under the responsibility of which agencies and units to resolve, and proactively and urgently speed up the resolution process.
