Ministry of Industry and Trade announces new administrative procedures in the field of industrial explosives and explosive precursors

The Ministry of Industry and Trade issued a Decision on promulgating new administrative procedures and revised administrative procedures in the field of industrial explosives, explosive precursors, etc.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has just issued Decision No. 3225/QD-BCT dated December 9, 2024 on promulgating newly issued administrative procedures, amended and supplemented administrative procedures and abolished administrative procedures in the field of industrial explosives and explosive precursors under the management scope of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade said that attached to this Decision are newly issued administrative procedures, amended and supplemented administrative procedures and abolished administrative procedures in the field of industrial explosives and explosive precursors under the management scope of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (according to the appendix issued with this Decision).

The Decision takes effect from January 1, 2025 and replaces Decision No. 2089A/QD-BCT dated June 15, 2018 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on promulgating newly issued/abolished administrative procedures in the field of industrial explosives and explosive precursors under the management scope and functions of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Regarding the implementation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade assigns the Chief of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Departments: Industrial Safety Techniques and Environment, Chemicals; Directors of the Departments: Science and Technology, Legal Affairs, and Heads of relevant units under the Ministry to be responsible for implementing this Decision.
