Attending the ceremony were representatives of leaders of Departments and branches of Dak Lak province; Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Kien ward; Community Digital Technology Team; along with a large number of cadres, civil servants, youth union and people in Binh Kien ward.
In his opening speech, Comrade Luong Thao Nguyen - Member of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee emphasized: Digital transformation is an inevitable development trend. Equipping and popularizing digital knowledge for people is of key importance in enhancing the competitiveness of the province in general and Binh Kien Ward in particular. With the motto "no one is left behind", the "Digital Education for All" movement requires the joint efforts of the government, organizations, communities and people, creating a foundation to promote socio -economic development.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, comrade Dang Thai Binh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee affirmed: The 100-day peak movement of Digital Literacy for All is an important political task, contributing to improving digital skills, popularizing technological knowledge to each cadre, party member and people. This is not only a specific action to implement the digital transformation policy of Dak Lak province but also a responsibility and a common determination of the entire Ward in building a learning society, a digital society. He called on all cadres, party members, union members, association members and people to actively respond and join hands to make digital transformation a driving force for socio-economic development, contributing to building Binh Kien ward increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.

According to the plan, during the 100 peak days (July 15 - October 25, 2025), Binh Kien ward will deploy the "Digital Education for All" movement with the main tasks: establishing a Steering Committee and a Community Digital Technology Team in all neighborhoods; Organizing a conference to launch the emulation movement and "Digital Education for All Week" to popularize 5 basic digital skills for people; Promoting propaganda and instructions on installing VNeID and the "Dak Lak Digital" application; Creating conditions for 80% of civil servants and employees to participate in training on digital skills, use of public services and digital platforms; Mobilizing at least 10 business households in the ward to register the national domain name .vn...
With the motto "Digital learning for all - No one left behind", the movement will focus on: Raising awareness of all classes of people about the role and benefits of digital transformation. Providing basic digital skills: using online public services, online shopping and payment, protecting yourself in cyberspace, exploiting digital platforms for life and work. Applying technology in production, business, education, healthcare, and e-commerce.

At the ceremony, Binh Kien Ward announced the decision to establish community digital technology teams in the area. Representatives of the Ward Police and Youth Union spoke, sharing solutions on digital transformation, information security in cyberspace, and tasks of implementing the movement for organizations and units under the Ward Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. In particular, VNPT representatives introduced digital applications and platforms to support people and businesses as well as committed to accompanying and responding to the movement.
During the 100 peak days, in the neighborhoods, the Community Digital Technology Team of the neighborhoods is the core force, coordinating with associations, unions, and telecommunications enterprises to organize "going to every alley, knocking on every door, guiding every person", knowing 05 basic digital skills: Know how to use online public services; Know how to shop online; Know how to pay online; Know how to protect yourself in cyberspace; Know how to use digital platforms to serve the implementation of public administrative procedures; gradually turning digital skills into life skills.
