Located on two major traffic routes, National Highway 91 and Provincial Road 941, along with the presence of Binh Hoa Industrial Park and the traditional garment craft village, Binh Hoa commune has favorable conditions to develop trade and service sectors, attract investment and expand production. During the 2020 - 2025 term, the local Party Committee and government have achieved and exceeded 19/21 resolution targets, notably stable economic growth, positive economic restructuring, and increasingly improved people's lives.

Production and business activities in the commune have developed vigorously. Economic recovery policies after the COVID-19 pandemic have been implemented synchronously, contributing to stabilizing income and social security. In particular, the trade and service sectors have made a breakthrough, becoming a bright spot in the local economic restructuring. This is an important premise for Binh Hoa to enter a new, more sustainable and comprehensive development phase in the 2025 - 2030 term.

Identifying agriculture as a "support" in economic development, Binh Hoa commune focuses on promoting agricultural restructuring towards applying science and technology, adapting to climate change and increasing economic value. Over the past 5 years, the locality has deployed 33 high-tech agricultural models from the capital of the new rural program. More than 501 hectares of ineffective rice fields and mixed garden land have been converted to growing vegetables and fruit trees suitable to local climate and soil conditions. Comrade Nguyen Tan Phong - Chairman of Binh Hoa Commune People's Committee said: "Clean, safe, high-tech agricultural models are bringing about clear results, gaining the approval and replication of the people. This helps to improve the productivity, quality of agricultural products and people's income, while gradually changing the mindset of agricultural production towards commodities".

In addition, Binh Hoa actively invests in socio-economic infrastructure and administrative reforms to improve the investment environment, attract businesses, and create jobs for local people. Vocational training and career orientation are effectively implemented through short-term vocational training courses, suitable for local conditions. The commune focuses on connecting vocational training with labor needs in Binh Hoa Industrial Park and local businesses.

Many workers after training have had stable jobs with incomes of 6-8 million VND/month. A typical example is Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy, residing in Thanh Nhon Hamlet, after completing an industrial sewing course organized by the commune, she started working at a garment company in Binh Hoa Industrial Park. "Thanks to having a stable job, my family's life has improved significantly, I can take care of my children's education," Ms. Thuy shared.

Secretary of the Party Committee of Binh Hoa Commune Le Phuoc Dung said that in the development orientation for the period 2025 - 2030, the commune focuses on 3 pillars: Agricultural restructuring, trade and service development and synchronous technical infrastructure investment. "We identify the breakthrough task as applying science and technology in production; planning and expanding development space; promoting investment attraction, encouraging private economic development. At the same time, improve the quality of human resources, promote education , health care, labor export and sustainable poverty reduction", comrade Le Phuoc Dung emphasized.
