Comrade Nguyen Hong Sang was born on April 1, 1985 in Lai Cach town (Cam Giang); bachelor's degree in physical education, master's degree in business administration; advanced political theory.

He has worked at Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union since September 2007; has held the positions of Head of the Youth Solidarity and Gathering Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, and Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union.
