At the ceremony, Colonel, Dr. Tran Tan Cuong acknowledged and commended the results achieved in the peak emulation campaign "Lightning Speed ​​- Victory" taking place from March 1 to May 19, 2025 and the Victory Emulation Movement in the first 6 months of the year.

Promoting the results achieved in the emulation campaign "Raise the August Red Flag, Emulation to Win 3 Bests" launched from July 10 to October 31, 2025, focusing on 3 contents: Highest will, awareness, responsibility; Carrying out political tasks with the highest results; Building discipline, law enforcement, strictest discipline, military administrative reform, breakthrough innovation, creativity, digital transformation and implementing the "Digital Education for All" movement with the highest results.

Some of the main targets of the emulation campaign are: Improving the quality of patient examination and treatment. Actively accepting all types of diseases to serve the tasks of training and scientific research; strengthening the work of preventing and controlling hospital infections, not allowing accidents to occur in emergency and treatment; implementing good communication and behavioral culture. Actively innovating the content andeducation and training programs, improving the quality of lecturers, implementing the motto "The quality of training of the school is the combat readiness of the unit". Officers, staff, students, soldiers, and workers have good awareness of digital transformation and digital skills. The military medical force, the force participating in the parade, the parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day 2/9 completed the task well, ensuring absolute safety.

Representatives of agencies and units signed the emulation covenant.

Also on the afternoon of June 26, Military Hospital 103 held a conference to review Party and political work (CTĐ, CTCT) in the first 6 months of 2025. In the first 6 months of 2025, Party committees, commanders, agencies, units, and political officers in the Hospital have thoroughly grasped and comprehensively implemented all aspects of CTĐ, CTCT activities. The conference identified the key tasks of CTĐ, CTCT activities in the last 6 months of the year, which need to focus on leading and directing the strict implementation of ideological work; organizing the dissemination of the results of the task of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous, hostile, and opportunistic political views in cyberspace; strengthening the direction and inspection of political education and propaganda work; promoting propaganda work, well organizing activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2; 75th anniversary of the Hospital's Traditional Day (December 20, 1950/December 20, 2025) and receiving the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces for the fourth time.
