At 7:00 a.m. on September 8, the storm was in the sea south of Guangdong province (China) with strong winds of level 10, gusts of level 13; moving northwest at a speed of 10 - 15 km/h and continuing to strengthen. The affected area is the sea north of the North East Sea.

Disaster risk level 3. At 7:00 a.m. on September 9, the storm on the mainland of Guangdong province (China) with strong winds of level 6, gusts of level 8; moving northwest at a speed of about 15 km/h and gradually weakening.
