Speaking at the meeting, Party Secretary and Editor-in-Chief of Dak Nong Newspaper Vu Ngoc Tu reviewed the glorious tradition of Vietnam's revolutionary press and the positive contributions of Dak Nong press to the construction and development of the province.
Editor-in-Chief of Dak Nong Newspaper informed about the unit's operations in the past time and orientation of organizational structure and operations in the coming time after the merger.

Accordingly, implementing the major policy of the Central Government and the Provincial Party Committees of the three provinces, Dak Nong Newspaper will merge with the Newspapers and Radio and Television Stations of Lam Dong and Binh Thuan provinces to form a multimedia press and communications agency.

Comrade Vu Ngoc Tu expressed his respect, gratitude, best wishes, and deepest gratitude to generations of journalists of Dak Nong Newspaper who have made extremely important contributions to building, maintaining and promoting the glorious tradition of the unit, contributing to building an increasingly strong Vietnamese revolutionary press.

Former agency leaders and long-time journalists also confided and shared experiences and memories of journalism, while at the same time, encouraging and arousing pride and responsibility in continuing the career of revolutionary journalism.

On this occasion, Dak Nong Newspaper presented gifts to express gratitude to former leaders and journalists of Dak Nong Newspaper of all periods on the occasion of the 100th Anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day.
