Implement regulations on drafting legal documents according to Decree No. 78/2025/ND-CP dated April 1, 2025 detailing a number of articles and measures to organize and guide the implementation of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; Decree No. 187/2025/ND-CP dated July 1, 2025 on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 78/2025/ND-CP dated April 1, 2025 of the Government; and Circular No. 21/2025/TT-BCT dated April 26, 2025 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on Regulations on the development, promulgation and implementation of legal documents of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion has organized to collect opinions from affected subjects, ministries, relevant agencies and units and widely collect opinions on the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Electronic Information Portal on the draft Circular regulating the rate of gasoline loss in gasoline trading activities.
The Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion has received, revised and supplemented to complete the draft Circular. Based on the provisions of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents and related documents, the Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion has published the Table of comments on the draft Circular regulating the rate of gasoline loss in gasoline trading activities.
