The current apparatus of Bac Ninh Provincial Tax Department consists of 10 departments and 10 tax offices to monitor and manage the areas of wards and communes in the province. The unit arranges staff to work at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center and 18 public administration service centers in wards and communes in the district, town and city centers before the merger. Here, the Tax Department assigns individuals with professional capacity and good moral qualities to promptly support taxpayers. In addition, Bac Ninh Provincial Tax Department and 10 tax offices have established teams to receive and resolve problems. Strengthen propaganda and guidance for businesses and business individuals to standardize tax code information, electronic account identification... to declare and pay taxes on the National Public Service Portal and the Tax Department's Administrative Procedure Information System... Thanks to that, the work of receiving and resolving administrative procedures is smooth, without causing difficulties for taxpayers.

According to the records at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center as well as the Public Administration Service Centers of Yen Phong and Tien Du communes, people who come to do tax administrative procedures are enthusiastically guided and the processing time is fast. Ms. Lai Thi Tam, Chi Trung village, Tan Chi commune, went to register a motorbike for her child at the Tien Du Public Administration Service Center and shared: "In the context that the whole country is rearranging the organizational model, I was also worried that the registration would have problems. However, when doing the procedures for registration fees, I was guided by the Tax officers of the 6th base, so it was very convenient, not as I initially thought."
Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen, a Tax officer at Base 8 assigned to receive and handle tax administrative procedures at Yen Phong Commune Public Administration Service Center, said: “In July, on average, I received more than 50 files per day, mainly related to financial obligations regarding land and vehicle registration fees. Although there was a lot of work, I tried to handle all the files, helping people not have to go back and forth many times.”
According to the synthesis of Bac Ninh Provincial Tax Department, in July, the Tax sector received a total of nearly 60 thousand records, all of which were processed in accordance with regulations... However, there are still some difficulties in issuing new digital certificates for civil servants responsible for receiving and returning tax administrative procedure records at public administrative service centers; in receiving and transmitting tax administrative procedure records of tax agencies other than the province; in carrying out procedures for registering vehicle registration fees for registration declarations of cars, motorbikes of trucks, semi-trailers, passenger cars with more than 9 seats, specialized vehicles...
In the coming time, Bac Ninh Provincial Tax Department will focus on finding solutions to overcome the above difficulties. In particular, arranging staff and civil servants to promptly receive and resolve taxpayers' feedback and recommendations; paying attention to digital transformation and modernizing all aspects of tax management. Continuing to review and promote administrative procedure reform; cutting unnecessary procedures, simplifying tax payment procedures.
