The political report stated that after 5 years of implementing the resolution of the Congress for the 2020-2025 term, Bac Gia Nghia ward has achieved important and relatively comprehensive results in all areas. The economic structure has shifted in a positive direction, gradually reducing the proportion of agriculture - forestry - fishery, gradually increasing the proportion of industry - construction and services. Infrastructure has received investment attention, the urban appearance is increasingly spacious, clean and beautiful. Education and health care have been constantly improved in quality. People's lives have been gradually improved.
National defense and security have been strengthened, social order and safety have been maintained. Party building and the political system have been consolidated, improved, and operated more and more effectively, while the great solidarity bloc has been strengthened.
In the 2025-2030 term, the Ward Party Committee determined to continue to strengthen the building of a clean and strong Party and political system; promote the strength of national solidarity; accelerate digital transformation and administrative reform; improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, build a professional civil service, and serve the people better and better. At the same time, focus on exploiting the potentials and advantages of the locality to strive to build Bac Gia Nghia Ward to become increasingly comprehensive, prosperous and sustainable.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Luu Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged and praised the results that the Party Committee, government, and people of all ethnic groups in Bac Gia Nghia Ward have achieved during the term. The ward Party Committee must constantly be determined to move forward quickly, catch up with the urban areas of the province in the race for development, competition to attract investment...
At the same time, quickly overcome limitations and remove bottlenecks to turn Bac Gia Nghia into a model ward, a growth driver in the development space of the western region of Lam Dong province.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee proposed that, immediately after the Congress, the Ward Party Committee urgently develop an Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Bac Gia Nghia Ward Party Committee.
In particular, the Action Program needs to be close to the local practical situation, calculate the ability to mobilize resources for implementation, forecast emerging factors to have scenarios and plans for growth and development, ensuring high feasibility; must clearly identify people, work, progress, results and responsibilities.
“With the spirit of directing not to discuss for the sake of it, not to conclude for the sake of it, the program must be implemented completely, according to plan, on time, on schedule and must be monitored and inspected with a clear control and post-inspection mechanism. If it is decided, it must be done and if it is done, it must be completed and verified. This is the consistent spirit of the Party and State leaders, I hope that this spirit must be spread and implemented throughout the Party,” Comrade Luu Van Trung requested.
The locality needs to be consistent with the General Secretary's direction to run and line up, urgently move towards a straight line, clear path, and move together to build a great solidarity bloc, with unity in will and action throughout the entire Party. The ward Party Committee needs to review and evaluate cadres in a truly impartial and objective manner, ensuring the apparatus operates smoothly and efficiently.
The arrangement of cadres must be the right person for the right job according to the motto of selecting people to build a team of cadres and party members with strong political will, innovative thinking, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility for the common good. Considering the people as the center, subject and goal of all activities; working based on the spirit of "being close to the people, understanding the people, caring for the people, learning from the people, being responsible to the people"; taking people's satisfaction as a measure to evaluate the level of task completion.
The Party Committee needs to fully grasp the "four pillars" of innovation and reform issued by the Politburo and the six core thinking points pointed out by Politburo member and Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh at the model congress in Don Duong commune to organize implementation.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that Bac Gia Nghia Ward should have specific and effective solutions to promote its potential and strengths in developing trade, services, tourism, and handicrafts; preserve and promote the cultural values of ethnic groups associated with tourism development; ensure social security and sustainable poverty reduction. At the same time, continue to innovate the content and leadership methods of Party committees; build a clean and strong Party and political system; improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and Party members.
In addition, the ward needs to focus on leading and directing the implementation of Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo to gradually turn Bac Gia Nghia into one of the leading units in the province in digital transformation and promoting digital economic development. National defense and security work, building a national defense posture, people's security posture; grasping the grassroots situation, promptly and satisfactorily resolving people's legitimate opinions and recommendations need to be strengthened.
