Smart Assistant is said to be Alibaba.com's smartest tool to date.

With Smart Assistant, users can optimize product promotion with the tool suggesting attractive titles, keywords, descriptions, create professional product images and videos with the help of AI, attract more traffic and increase visibility on Alibaba.com.

In addition, the smart Chatbot can communicate with international customers, automatically reply to RFQ (Request for proposal) messages.
