3 stores in Binh Phuoc caught fire on the afternoon of the first day of Tet At Ty

(Dan Tri) - A wooden furniture store in Binh Phuoc caught fire on the afternoon of the first day of Tet and then spread to a curtain and air conditioning store. Fortunately, the fire did not cause any casualties.


The fire broke out on the afternoon of January 29 (the first day of the Lunar New Year) at a furniture store in Quarter 5, Hung Long Ward, Chon Thanh Town (Binh Phuoc).

Fortunately, the fire did not cause any casualties (Photo cut from clip).

At that time, the fire broke out fiercely, many people quickly moved their belongings outside and tried to put out the fire, but failed. In just a few minutes, the fire spread to the curtain and air conditioning store.

Upon receiving the news, Binh Phuoc Police dispatched fire trucks and about 40 officers and soldiers to the scene to put out the fire. After nearly an hour of effort, the fire was completely extinguished.

The fire burned down many items inside the 3 stores, fortunately there were no casualties. The area burned was about 200 square meters. The cause of the fire is being investigated by the authorities.
