According to a survey by the Ministry of Justice , the policy reflection feature is a feature that localities and businesses find very useful; it is expected to change the situation of having to send official dispatches and wait for answers, which are sometimes unclear, from ministries and branches like before.

More specifically, Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh said that Article 61 of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents (amended) stipulates a new task, which is that in addition to the explanation of the law by the National Assembly Standing Committee, there is also a section on legal guidance. The organization implementing this needs a transparent mechanism to implement it effectively. With the policy reflection feature on the National Law Portal, currently, when people and businesses discover conflicts or overlaps in legal documents, they can reflect them on the VNeID system. After that, the content of the question will be automatically sent to the agency in charge of drafting the document.

The drafting ministries will have to respond publicly on a digital platform, and people, businesses, and local authorities can provide feedback on their satisfaction with the responses. This will help ensure transparency and openness in handling recommendations for legal documents.

According to statistics, 160 complaints have been sent through the portal. Ministries, branches and functional agencies have processed 37 complaints. 123 complaints are being resolved. The rates of very satisfied and satisfied are 83.3% and 8.3% respectively.
