Mr. Hao and his wife are originally from Ha Tay province. In 2000, the family moved to Binh Phuoc to start a business. At first, the couple applied to work as factory workers and their life was quite stable. During this time, the company supported the family to build a house of about 40 square meters on the land that his brother lent them. The family's life was not rich but it was enough to make ends meet and raise their two daughters. Currently, the eldest daughter is married, the second daughter, Le Thi Kieu Van, is studying in grade 10 at Nguyen Khuyen High School (Bu Nho commune).
The work accident left Mr. Hao bedridden and dependent on the care of his wife and children.
Working as a freelancer, doing whatever people hire him to do, with an unstable income, the family's life is very difficult. It was thought that the hardship and deprivation would only stop at the occasional hungry meal, but at the end of April, while Mr. Hao was repairing his brother's house, he fell from a height. As a result, he crushed his right heel and broke two vertebrae. The family had to borrow 40 million VND for his treatment.
The accident not only left Mr. Hao unable to work, but also left his family in dire straits. Hospital bills, medicine, and daily living expenses were all heavy burdens for his wife. The worker’s salary was not enough to cover daily expenses.
From a healthy man, Mr. Hao can now only lie in one place, and all personal activities must be taken care of by his wife. The family's house on the land lent by his brother is located in a remote area, nestled in the middle of a severely degraded garden, with no conditions to upgrade.
Now, with her father bedridden and her mother working with an unstable salary, Kieu Van is facing the risk of having to drop out of school. At the end of the school year, Kieu Van has to stay home and make cashews to help her mother cover living expenses and take care of her father while she goes to work.

However, the family’s current difficulties are very great.
