In the 2024-2025 school year, the high school graduation rate is 99.51%. The whole school has 15 excellent students and 176 good students. Many of them have achieved high results in provincial-level excellent student competitions, national Robocon competitions, and provincial Vovinam competitions. In addition, the school has mobilized and awarded 154 scholarships, worth 281 million VND, to poor students, orphans, and students in especially difficult circumstances.

From the achieved results, the unit was awarded the title of Advanced Labor Collective for the 2024 - 2025 school year; 13 individuals were proposed to be recognized as Emulation Fighters at the grassroots level and 7 professional groups achieved the title of Advanced Labor Collective.

In the 2025-2026 school year, the school will have 29 classes with 1,278 students. With the theme "Discipline - Creativity - Breakthrough - Development", teachers and students of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai High School will continue to promote the achievements, perform well the core tasks with the spirit of "solidarity, creativity, striving to complete the tasks and goals of innovation, consolidate and improve the quality of education and training".
