On September 9, Tuyen Quang Provincial Police held a conference to promote the deployment and use of ASM accommodation management software throughout the province. Colonel Do Tien Dung, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, chaired the conference.

Recently, the Provincial Police have deployed ASM software to serve the management of accommodation at accommodation service establishments. The software integrates many utilities such as: room management, staff, guests, business services... helping to reduce data entry time, while automatically updating accommodation registration information, quickly sending it to the Police agency.

ASM software developed by the Ministry of Public Security connects directly to the National Population Database, allowing facilities to scan QR codes on ID cards to make residence declarations quickly, accurately, securely and synchronously. The application of ASM software will bring many practical benefits to accommodation businesses and medical examination and treatment facilities.

Through the QR code reader on the ID card, establishments can shorten the time for declaring stay, completely replacing the previous manual entry form. At the same time, the software supports the management of guest information in a synchronous and secure manner, helping to collect and report data to serve the authorities accurately, completely and promptly.

ASM also creates a platform to connect with the National Population Database, contributing to improving the efficiency of residence management, serving the digital transformation process, without disrupting the business operations of the units.

In the coming time, the Provincial Police Department requires units to establish a working group to support and ensure that 100% of accommodation establishments are granted ASM accounts and have a firm grasp of how to use the software in accordance with regulations. At the same time, accommodation establishments must closely coordinate with the Commune and Ward Police and related units, arrange personnel to participate in training and implementation guidance to effectively carry out management and notification of accommodation.
