On the afternoon of September 12, in Hanoi , Nhan Dan Newspaper held a launching ceremony for the electronic information page "Communist Party of Vietnam - 14th Congress" at https://daihoidangtoanquoc.vn . General Secretary To Lam attended and gave a speech.

Attending the ceremony were Politburo members, Party Central Committee Secretaries: Head of the Central Organization Commission Le Minh Hung; Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac; Head of the Central Inspection Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc; Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia. Also attending were Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council Nguyen Xuan Thang.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association - affirmed: The launch of the electronic information page "Communist Party of Vietnam - 14th Congress" is an event of special significance not only for the Party's propaganda work, but also demonstrates the determination to innovate and modernize communication methods. The information page was elaborately built with a spirit of urgency and seriousness.

Speaking at the ceremony, General Secretary To Lam stated that the Communist Party of Vietnam - 14th National Congress website is a digital address, the official information infrastructure of the 14th National Congress of the Party, a fast, accurate, reliable, friendly information address, ensuring "one source - one standard - one voice" in the entire process of preparing, organizing the Congress and implementing the Resolution after the 14th Congress.

The General Secretary requested that the website must complete three core tasks: providing correct - sufficient - timely information; guiding public opinion with scientific arguments and accurate data; connecting - interacting to create social consensus at home and abroad.

The General Secretary emphasized that the Communist Party of Vietnam - 14th National Congress website must be a place to update the program, content, documents, and results of the Congress; and a channel to publish press releases, Q&A documents, official graphic data, photos, and videos. The three principle requirements are accuracy, timeliness, and ease of understanding.

To operate the Information Page effectively, General Secretary To Lam requested Nhan Dan Newspaper to thoroughly grasp and implement six key requirements, considering them the "operational discipline" of the Information Page.

First of all, information discipline. All content must adhere to the direction of the Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat and relevant agencies within their authority; absolutely no speculation; no leaks, no negligence.

Second, accurate and timely. Set up a clear publication schedule; synchronously release text, graphics, and videos; provide them to the press, digital platforms, and external channels at the same time. The criteria are “correct - sufficient - fast - concise - good”.

Third, safety and security. Multi-layered security operations; 24/7 monitoring; scenarios for responding to attacks, impersonation, and appropriation; backup servers, content, and personnel; no “loss of signal,” no passiveness, no surprises under any circumstances.

Fourth, there must be smooth coordination. Smooth connection between the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the Central Office; the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; press agencies, ministries, branches and localities; unify a single spokesperson; quickly respond to issues of public concern; share information resources and standardize terminology to avoid errors.

Fifth, focus on foreign affairs. Prepare information packages for international reporters; concise and standard explanatory documents; respond promptly, civilly, and respect international practices; create favorable conditions for friends from all over the world to accurately access the guidelines and policies of our Party and State.

Sixth, use positivity to push back negativity. Proactively create good topics, beautiful stories, and telling numbers; spread good examples in Party building, socio-economic development, and ensuring national defense and security; at the same time, resolutely refute false arguments with scientific reasoning, convincing evidence, and a calm and exemplary attitude.

Affirming that the launch of the "Communist Party of Vietnam - 14th Congress" website is an important step to organize a Congress of Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development, the General Secretary believes that the website will successfully fulfill its mission: being an official source of information, a sharp weapon on the ideological - cultural front, and a strong bridge between the Congress and the people.
